The HITS Pitcher Development Program is a comprehensive 16-week off-season training program designed to help pitchers improve velocity, refine mechanics, and develop effective pitches for game-day success.
Each athlete follows an individualized development plan that includes mechanical analysis, velocity training, pitch development, structured throwing progressions, arm care, and strength training. Using video analysis and performance tracking, we identify areas for improvement and provide personalized coaching to maximize each athlete's potential.
